Anchor has extensive experience with diverse well types and maintains a data depository of over 175,000 wells drilled. Anchor is committed to research and development and our proprietary engineering software provides customers value-added efficiencies and a critical edge on highly technical projects.
Field engineers are fully equipped with the latest computer technology and communication accessibility and Anchor will bring to the operation some of the latest software technology available. Hydraulics modeling for accurate hydraulics profiles on each well and daily drilling fluids property graphs and curves are available for comparing the progress of each well.
Anchor’s technical, sales and field representatives have all attended drilling fluids training schools. With over 70 field engineers, this segment of our employees has an average of over 20 years each in the industry. During this time, they have participated in numerous continued education classes and seminars including, but not limited to, pressure control, poisonous gas, solids control equipment, completion and workover fluids and safety programs.
Additionally, each of Anchor’s truck drivers and warehousemen have Commercial Drivers Licenses, are trained forklift operators, are D.O.T. compliant and have Hazmat training. Routine safety meetings and training are provided at all levels.
Also noteworthy, Anchor maintains very streamlined and efficient accounting systems and procedures in order to ensure timely transactions. Our administrative personnel are experienced in providing customer service with designing invoices, customizing reports and solving problems.
