Anchor’s drilling fluids engineers are central to our ability to offer customers superior systems and service. Anchor prides itself on its ability to recruit and retain the most qualified drilling fluids engineers in the industry.
Many of Anchor’s engineers and management were previously trained and employed at major service companies but joined the Anchor team to be part of an entrepreneurial company where they could more directly add value to customers.
In order to further develop our bench strength and the industry leaders of tomorrow, Anchor is dedicated to providing the best training to new drilling fluids engineers possible. That includes operating an internal, intensive, four week drilling fluids orientation and training school.
